My all-time favorite comedian George Carlin once said that "a house is just a place to keep your stuff while you go out and get more stuff." Well in 5 days we won't have a house anymore... so we need a POD. It was delivered today (I thought the crane device was pretty cool). What's left of our stuff will be loaded tomorrow, and then the POD people will come to take it away and store it in a warehouse in Oaks, PA. In the last 2 weeks we sorted through tons of stuff, each item being subjected one of 4 fates: take it, POD it, donate it, trash it. It feels kind of liberating to winnow it all down to what fits into a 8 x 8 x 16 space. And we can't get more stuff because we have nowhere to keep it (the Motorhome is full)!
